Therapeutic Philosophy

Growth-Based, Relational Healing

The focus of my practice is on relationships. While I see individuals, I have been specially trained in working with relationships. My marriage and family therapy theory is growth based, utilizing the strengths of the individual and their environment to promote healing.

1

Systemic Understanding

Therapy explores the impact the individual has on their environment as well as the environment's impact upon the individual.

icon
2

Honoring Perceptions

Agreement is not necessarily the goal, but rather for each person to fully understand, honor, and communicate with the other.

3

Mindfulness & Calming

Being fully present undoes blocks such as fear, anger, and despair, liberating us from suffering so the past and future can heal.
